An easy 84-km drive led us to Rembau for a day steeped in history and flavour. Highlights included the wooden Muzium Rembau, rich with Minangkabau heritage, and the nearby Makam Raja Melewar, final resting place of Negeri Sembilan’s first ruler. A riverside feast at Zamira Dapur Kayu and a leisurely coffee stop wrapped up this charming small-town escape.
