“And enjoin prayer upon your family [and people] and be steadfast therein. We ask you not for provision; We provide for you, and the [best] outcome is for [those of] righteousness.”

Part of being righteous is to be aware of our roots, and our roots come from Allah. From the beginning we live because of Him, and at our ends we will return to Him. Our connections and our bonds are also possible because of His mercy and wisdom. Such blessings in our lives are all due to Him. Hence, we should always remind each other of our roots, and, as the verse guides, be steadfast in our faith.
